Four Decades of Showing Up for Parkside

Elba's Deli & Restaurant opened its doors in 1984 with a simple conviction: feed your neighbors like they matter. That hasn't changed. The recipes are the same. The portions are still generous. The coffee is still fresh.

What started as a corner counter serving lunch to construction crews and commuters has grown into a neighborhood staple — but the mission never shifted. Every sandwich is still assembled by hand, every morning, with the same attention Elba herself would demand.
